The 2025 General Assembly of Divemex Sinaloa Production Plant was held, bringing together all employees with the purpose of approving, through their vote, the proposed social programs presented by the Fair Trade Committee, which are developed based on a needs assessment. During the assembly, a clear and transparent report on the Fair Trade premium was presented, detailing what has been spent and what is planned to be invested for the benefit of our agricultural workers. Additionally, the Fair Trade Committee explained what Fair Trade is and was responsible for presenting all available social programs, specifically designed to support the well-being of agricultural workers and their families. The committee also explained step by step the requirements and process to access and be eligible for these programs. The programs include health, educational, housing, emergency fund, and other benefits, all offered at low cost and with a strong positive impact. All of this is possible thanks to the daily effort of our agricultural workers and the valuable support of Fair Trade, which allows us to continue building better working and living conditions. We continue moving forward together toward a fairer and more sustainable future!
La Asamblea General 2025 de la Planta de Producción Divemex Sinaloa se llevó a cabo con la participación de todos los colaboradores, con el objetivo de aprobar, mediante su voto, los programas sociales propuestos por el Comité de Comercio Justo, los cuales son desarrollados a partir de una detección de necesidades.
Durante la asamblea, se presentó de manera clara y transparente el informe de la prima de Comercio Justo, detallando lo que se ha invertido y lo que se tiene proyectado invertir en beneficio de nuestros trabajadores agrícolas.
Asimismo, el Comité de Comercio Justo explicó qué es el Comercio Justo y fue el encargado de presentar todos los programas sociales disponibles, diseñados específicamente para apoyar el bienestar de los trabajadores agrícolas y sus familias. También se explicó paso a paso los requisitos y el proceso para acceder y ser elegible para dichos programas.
Los programas incluyen apoyos en salud, educación, vivienda, fondo de emergencias y otros beneficios, todos ofrecidos a bajo costo y con un alto impacto positivo.
Todo esto es posible gracias al esfuerzo diario de nuestros trabajadores agrícolas y al valioso respaldo de Comercio Justo, que nos permite seguir construyendo mejores condiciones de trabajo y de vida.
