As part of the sixth edition of the Agricultural Social Responsibility Symposium, organized by AMHPAC, Divemex had the honor of participating through the contribution of Ms. Nallely Alejandra López Cabada, Senior Social Responsibility Coordinator.
During an enriching panel discussion titled “Social Responsibility: How Do Companies in the Sector Implement It in Their Facilities?”, Ms. López Cabada shared Divemex’s experience in implementing responsible practices within the agricultural sector. Through her participation, she presented the comprehensive “Como en Casa” program—an initiative that, since 2011, has benefited more than 6,000 workers and their families per season by promoting dignified living conditions, inclusion, well-being, and community development.
This program is structured around seven key pillars: education, health, workplace well-being, nutrition, housing, community support, and the environment—reflecting Divemex’s deep commitment to its people and the environment around them.
Divemex’s presence at this forum reaffirms the importance of creating spaces for dialogue and collaboration that promote a more humane, sustainable, and socially responsible agricultural model.
We thank AMHPAC for the invitation to take part in this important event, which undoubtedly strengthens the exchange of best practices and the collective commitment to a better future for the Mexican countryside.
En el marco de la sexta edición del Simposio de Responsabilidad Social Agrícola, organizado por AMHPAC, la empresa Divemex tuvo el honor de participar a través de la intervención de la Lic. Nallely Alejandra López Cabada, Coordinadora Sr. de Responsabilidad Social.
Durante un enriquecedor conversatorio titulado “Responsabilidad Social: ¿Cómo la implementan las empresas del sector en sus instalaciones?”, la Lic. López Cabada compartió la experiencia de Divemex en la implementación de prácticas responsables en el ámbito agrícola. A través de su participación, presentó el programa integral “Como en Casa”, una iniciativa que desde 2011 ha beneficiado a más de 6,000 trabajadores y sus familias cada temporada, promoviendo condiciones de vida dignas, inclusión, bienestar y desarrollo comunitario.
Este programa se articula en torno a siete ejes fundamentales: educación, salud, bienestar laboral, alimentación, vivienda, apoyo a la comunidad y medio ambiente, siendo un reflejo del compromiso profundo de Divemex con su gente y con el entorno que le rodea.
La presencia de Divemex en este foro reafirma la importancia de construir espacios de diálogo y colaboración que impulsen un modelo agrícola más humano, sostenible y socialmente comprometido.
