The Fair Trade committee at Divemex, comprised of 12 representatives from our six farms in Sinaloa production unit, along with the Social Responsibility team, gives voice and vote to more than 2,000 workers. Through a general assembly, ballots, and needs surveys, we identify and communicate the priorities of our labor community.
We highlight the benefits of working at Divemex and reaffirm our commitment to the Fair Trade certification, which supports our efforts to improve the quality of life for our people. We recognize the dedication of the committee, whose members have bravely taken on the challenge of representing their community.
During this event, the income and expenditures of the Fair Trade premium were presented, along with information about key programs such as appliances, Scholarships, improve your home, improve your vision, and emergency found, among others. The importance of oral hygiene was also promoted with the support of our dentists.
We extend our gratitude to all the workers, committee members, administrators, and collaborators who make this collective effort possible, a reflection of our purpose to build a better future for our community.

El comité de Comercio Justo en Divemex, compuesto por 12 representantes de nuestros seis campos en nuestra planta de Sinaloa, junto con el equipo de Responsabilidad Social, da voz y voto a más de 2,000 trabajadores. A través de una asamblea general, boletas y encuestas de necesidades, identificamos y comunicamos las prioridades de nuestra comunidad laboral.
Destacamos los beneficios de trabajar en Divemex y reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la certificación de Comercio Justo, que respalda nuestros esfuerzos por mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestra gente. Reconocemos la dedicación del comité, cuyos miembros han asumido valientemente el desafío de representar a su comunidad.
Durante este evento, se presentaron los ingresos y gastos de la prima de Comercio Justo, junto con información sobre programas clave como línea blanca, becas, mejora tu vivienda, mejora tu visión y el fondo de emergencia, entre otros. También se promovió la importancia de la higiene bucal con el apoyo de nuestros dentistas.
